Method for performing beam sweeping by user equipment in wireless communication system supporting sidelink, and device therefor

An apparatus configured to perform beam sweeping in a wireless communication system supporting sidelink, the apparatus comprising:

• a radio frequency (RF) transceiver;
• and
• a processor connected to the RF transceiver,
• wherein the processor controls the transceiver and is configured to perform operations comprising:
• receiving configuration information including information regarding resource pools for sidelink communication,
• wherein the resource pools include at least one of a first resource pool for Physical Sidelink Control Channel (PSCCH) or a second resource pool for Physical Sidelink Shared Channel (PSSCH);
• participating in a first group including a plurality of UEs;
• receiving group information related to the first group;
• performing the beam sweeping based on the group information;
• and
• performing a sidelink communication based on the resource pools and a result of the beam sweeping,
• wherein the group information includes region allocation information allocating a first beam sweeping region to the UE among a plurality of beam sweeping regions based on a positional relationship between the UE and the plurality of UEs, and
• wherein the beam sweeping is performed only on the first beam sweeping region based on the region allocation information.
