Coated conductor

A coated conductor comprising:

• a conductor;
• an outermost coating on the conductor, the coating comprising:
• (A) from 60 wt % to 90 wt % of an ethylene-based polymer consisting of (i) ethylene and (ii) a C4-C8 α-olefin comonomer and having an I21/I2 ratio from 20 to 50;
• (B) from 10 wt % to 30 wt % of a propylene/ethylene copolymer consisting of (i) propylene and (ii) from 1 wt% to 15 wt% units derived from ethylene, based on the total weight of the propylene/ethylene copolymer and having a Mw/Mn from 2.0 to 3.5;
• and
• (C) optionally, from greater than 0 wt % to 15 wt % of an additive, and
• the coating having
• a surface roughness from 20 μ-inch to 100 μ-inch, and
• an I2 from 2.0 g/10 min to 3.5 g/10 min.
