An image processing apparatus having a plurality of output management functions including at least a first output management function having a process for storing data corresponding to a print job received from other device and a process for outputting the stored data in accordance with an operation performed by a user, and a second output management function including the process for storing and the process for outputting, the second output management function being different from the first output management function, the image processing apparatus comprising:

• one or more memories that store instructions;
• and
• one or more processors configured to execute the instructions stored in the one or more memories to:
• set, based on a user operation, which output management function of the plurality of output management functions handles a print job that satisfies a predetermined condition;
• and
• in a case where a print job that satisfies the predetermined condition is received, perform control such that data corresponding to the received print job is handled by the output management function set by the setting, wherein the data corresponding to the received print job is handled by the first output management function in a case where the first output management function is set by the setting to perform the handling, and the data corresponding to the received print job is handled by the second output management function in a case where the second output management function is set by the setting to perform the handling.
