Electronic device

An electronic device comprising:

• a substrate;
• an active layer located on the substrate, wherein the active layer has a first portion, a second portion, and a first curved portion connecting the first portion of the active layer and the second portion of the active layer, an extending direction of the first portion of the active layer is different from an extending direction of the second portion of the active layer;
• a first electrode layer located on the active layer and having a first gate overlapped with the first curved portion,
• wherein the extending direction of the first portion of the active layer is neither parallel to nor perpendicular to the extending direction of the second portion of the active layer;
• and
• a second electrode layer located on the active layer and having a first portion, a second portion and a first necking portion connecting the first portion of the second electrode layer and the second portion of the second electrode layer,
• wherein the first portion of the second electrode layer has a first edge and a second edge, the first necking portion of the second electrode layer has a third edge and a fourth edge, and extending directions of the first edge, the second edge, the third edge and the fourth edge are parallel to each other, wherein in a first direction which is perpendicular to the extending direction of the first edge, the third edge is located between an extension line of the first edge and the fourth edge, the fourth edge is located between the third edge and an extension line of the second edge, a distance between the extension line of the first edge and the third edge in the first direction is greater than zero, and a distance between the extension line of the second edge and the fourth edge in the first direction is greater than zero.
