The present invention provides anti-Fzd monoclonal antibodies and related compositions, which may be used in any of a variety of therapeutic methods for the treatment of diseases.
Claims8
An isolated antibody, or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, that binds to Frizzled 5 and Frizzled 8, comprising:
- a heavy chain variable region comprising CDRH1, CDRH2 and CDRH3 sequences set forth as SEQ ID NOs:
- 218, 410, and 861, respectively;
- and
- a light chain variable region comprising CDRL1, CDRL2 and CDRL3 sequences set forth as SEQ ID NOs:
- 996, 1071, and 1264, respectively.
