Abstract
In some aspects, the present disclosure provides antibodies with high target affinities, as well as compositions comprising the same, and methods of using the same. In some embodiments, antibodies against an IL6 receptor are provided.
Claims22
A method of neutralizing Interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6R) in a subject, the method comprising administering an effective amount of anti-IL-6R antibody to the subject,
- wherein the antibody comprises a heavy chain and a light chain,
- wherein the heavy chain comprises an amino acid sequence with 95% or greater sequence identity to SEQ ID NO. 28, and wherein the amino acid sequence of the heavy chain comprises:
- F at position 51, M at position 57, and I at position 103;
- and
- wherein the light chain comprises an amino acid sequence with 95% or greater sequence identity to SEQ ID NO. 4, and wherein the amino acid sequence of the light chain comprises G at position 89 and Rat position 93.
