Abstract
The disclosure provides an apparatus for exercising muscles of the head and/or neck. The apparatus comprises a harness, and a plate is pivotably connected to the harness. The plate is movable between a collapsed position and an exercise position where a back of the head of the user can engage with the plate. A biasing member biases the plate towards the collapsed position.
Claims21
An apparatus for exercising muscles of a head and/or neck of a user, comprising:
- a harness configured to fit over the user's head and engaged with an upper portion of the user;
- a plate pivotably connected to the harness, the plate being movable between a collapsed position and an exercise position where a back of the head of the user is configured to engage with the plate;
- and
- a biasing member that biases the plate towards the collapsed position, wherein the harness comprises a support having a pair of extending arms that extend from the support, and a brace connected to the support.
