Abstract
Disclosed is a method for promoting immune cell proliferation. The method comprises the following step: upregulating the expression of low-density lipoprotein receptor-related proteins or fragments thereof in immune cells.
Claims9
A genetically modified human immune cell, wherein the genetic modification up-regulates an expression of a low density lipoprotein receptor-associated protein or fragment thereof in the genetically modified immune cell, wherein the low density lipoprotein receptor-associated protein is low density lipoprotein receptor-associated protein 6 or the low density lipoprotein receptor-associated protein 5, wherein the low density lipoprotein receptor-associated protein or fragment thereof comprises an intracellular region of the low density lipoprotein receptor-associated protein, wherein the low density lipoprotein receptor-associated protein or fragment thereof comprises an amino acid sequence as set forth in any one of SEQ ID NO:
- 22, 24, 26, and 28, or an amino acid sequence having at least 80% homology thereof.
A genetically modified human immune cell, wherein the genetic modification up-regulates an expression of a low density lipoprotein receptor-associated protein or fragment thereof in the genetically modified immune cell, wherein the low density lipoprotein receptor-associated protein is low density lipoprotein receptor-associated protein 6 or the low density lipoprotein receptor-associated protein 5, wherein the low density lipoprotein receptor-associated protein or fragment thereof comprises an intracellular region of the low density lipoprotein receptor-associated protein, wherein a nucleic acid molecule encoding the low density lipoprotein receptor-associated protein or fragment thereof comprises a nucleic acid sequence as set forth in any one of SEQ ID NO:
- 21, 23, 25, and 27.
