Sheet product dispenser and packaging unit therefor

A sheet product dispenser comprising:

• a housing;
• a packaging unit arranged in the housing and comprising a roll of sheet products and a liquid-tight bag in which the roll is arranged, the liquid-tight bag having a removal opening for removal of the sheet products, the removal opening being delimited by a dimensionally stable coupling ring made of a tough material, the dimensionally stable coupling ring being connected to an annular feeder encompassing a feeder opening;
• and
• a closure cover comprising a flexible material, the closure cover being configured to contact the annular feeder and/or the housing in a sealing manner in a closed position and further configured to be self-closing into the closed position,
• wherein the housing and the annular feeder are non-destructively and releasably connected to one another.
