Abstract
An display device may include a substrate including an active area and an inactive area surrounding the active area, a plurality of thin film transistors disposed in the active area, each of the thin film transistor including a semiconductor layer and a first electrode, a light emitting elements disposed in the active area, each of the light emitting element including an anode electrode and an organic light emitting layer, a connection area and a peripheral area disposed in the inactive area, and a first reflective electrode disposed in the connection area.
Claims15
A display device, comprising:
- a display panel including a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area, the non-display area including an outer area and first and second areas between the outer area and the display area;
- a thin film transistor disposed in the display area;
- a light emitting element disposed in the display area, the light emitting element having a light emitting layer and a first electrode connected to the thin film transistor;
- an outer electrode disposed in the outer area;
- a first reflective electrode disposed in the first area;
- a second reflective electrode disposed in the second area;
- and
- an insulating layer in the display area and the non-display area, the insulating layer including an opening to expose the first electrode in the display area and being disposed over the first and second reflective electrodes respectively in the first and second areas.
