Cell configuration parameters

A wireless device comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to:
• receive, from a first base station associated with a master cell group (MCG) comprising a primary cell (PCell), a radio resource control (RRC) message comprising secondary cell group (SCG) configuration parameters of a primary SCG cell (PSCell) of a second base station;
• based on a PCell failing after receiving the SCG configuration parameters and before the SCG configuration parameters of the PSCell are applied, perform a cell selection;
• and
• in response to the selected cell being the PSCell, synchronize with the PSCell based on the SCG configuration parameters.

A system, comprising:

• a wireless device comprising:
• one or more first processors and first memory storing first instructions that, when executed by the one or more first processors, cause the wireless device to:
• receive, from a first base station associated with a master cell group (MCG) comprising a primary cell (PCell), a radio resource control (RRC) message comprising secondary cell group (SCG) configuration parameters of a primary SCG cell (PSCell) of a second base station;
• based on a PCell failing after receiving the SCG configuration parameters and before the SCG configuration parameters of the PSCell are applied, perform a cell selection;
• and
• in response to the selected cell being the PSCell, synchronize with the PSCell based on the SCG configuration parameters;
• and
• the first base station, wherein the first base station comprises:
• one or more second processors and second memory storing second instructions that, when executed by the one or more second processors, cause the first base station to transmit, to the wireless device, the RRC message.
