Transmission method and apparatus for MIMO system

A distributed unit (DU) device of a base station, the device comprising:

• a connector configured to transmit or receive a signal to or from a radio unit (RU);
• and
• at least one processor configured to:
• determine scheduling-related parameters for users by identifying one or more user equipment identifiers (ueIDs) corresponding to each of the users and a number of ueIDs corresponding to each of the users, and
• transmit, to the RU, scheduling information including the scheduling-related parameters,
• wherein the scheduling information comprises:
• a first section extension field comprising information relating to the one or more ueIDs corresponding to each of the users, and
• a second section extension field comprising information relating to the number of ueIDs corresponding to each of the users, and
• wherein the first section extension field comprises as many different ueIDs as the number of the users to be scheduled through the scheduling information.

A method of a radio unit (RU) of a base station, the method comprising:

• receiving, from a distributed unit (DU), scheduling information including scheduling-related parameters for users, wherein the scheduling-related parameters include one or more user equipment identifiers (ueIDs) corresponding to each of the users and a number of ueIDs corresponding to each of the users;
• and
• acquiring the scheduling-related parameters for the users based on the scheduling information,
• wherein the scheduling information comprises:
• a first section extension field comprising information relating to the one or more ueIDs corresponding to each of the users, and
• a second section extension field comprising information relating to the number of ueIDs corresponding to each of the users, and
• wherein the first section extension field comprises as many different ueIDs as the number of the users to be scheduled through the scheduling information.

A radio unit (RU) device of a base station, the device comprising:

• a connector configured to transmit or receive a signal to or from a distributed unit (DU);
• and
• at least one processor configured to:
• receive, from the DU, scheduling information including scheduling-related parameters for users wherein the scheduling-related parameters include one or more user equipment identifiers (ueIDs) corresponding to each of the users and a number of ueIDs corresponding to each of the users, and
• acquire the scheduling-related parameters for the users based on the scheduling information,
• wherein the scheduling information comprises:
• a first section extension field comprising information relating to the one or more ueIDs corresponding to each of the users, and
• a second section extension field comprising information relating to the number of ueIDs corresponding to each of the users, and
• wherein the first section extension field comprises as many different ueIDs as the number of the users to be scheduled through the scheduling information.

A method of a distributed unit (DU) of a base station, the method comprising:

• determining scheduling-related parameters for users by identifying one or more user equipment identifiers (ueIDs) corresponding to each of the users and a numUeID (number of ueIDs per user) corresponding to each of the users;
• and
• transmitting, to a radio unit (RU), scheduling information including the scheduling-related parameters,
• wherein the scheduling information comprises:
• a first section extension field comprising information relating to the one or more ueIDs corresponding to each of the users, and
• a second section extension field comprising information relating to the numUeID corresponding to each of the users, and
• wherein the first section extension field comprises as many different ueIDs as the number of the users to be scheduled through the scheduling information.

• a second section extension field comprising information relating to the numUeID corresponding to each of the users, and
• wherein the first section extension field comprises as many different ueIDs as the number of the users to be scheduled through the scheduling information.
