Abstract
An electrochemical device includes a first electrode plate. The first electrode plate includes a current collector and an active material layer. The current collector includes a first substrate and a second substrate that are stacked together. The second substrate is disposed between the first substrate and the active material layer. And 100 MPa≤Rm1−Rm2≤400 MPa, Rm1 is a tensile strength of the first substrate and Rm2 is a tensile strength of the second substrate. The current collector that includes the first substrate and the second substrate is adopted, thereby suppressing both the elongation deformation of the electrode plate and the detachment of the active material layer.
Claims20
An electrochemical device, comprising a first electrode plate, wherein the first electrode plate comprises:
- a current collector comprising a first substrate and a second substrate that are stacked together;
- an active material layer, wherein the second substrate is disposed between the first substrate and the active material layer;
- and
- 100 MPa≤Rm1−Rm2≤400 MPa, wherein Rm1 is a tensile strength of the first substrate and Rm2 is a tensile strength of the second substrate.
An electronic device, comprising an electrochemical device, the electrochemical device comprises a first electrode plate, wherein the first electrode plate comprising:
- a current collector comprising a first substrate and a second substrate that are stacked together;
- and
- an active material layer, wherein the second substrate is disposed between the first substrate and the active material layer, and 100 MPa≤Rm1−Rm2≤400 MPa, wherein Rm1 is a tensile strength of the first substrate and Rm2 is a tensile strength of the second substrate.
