Abstract
The present disclosure provides antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof that bind specifically to TMPRSS2 and methods of using such antibodies and fragments for treating or preventing viral infections (e.g., coronavirus infections or influenza virus infections).
Claims44
An isolated recombinant antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to human transmembrane protease, serine 2 (TMPRSS2), wherein the antibody comprises:
- (i) three heavy chain complementarity determining regions (CDRs) (CDR-H1, CDR-H2, and CDR-H3) contained within a heavy chain variable region (HCVR) comprising SEQ ID NO:
- 2;
- and three light chain CDRs (CDR-L1, CDR-L2, and CDR-L3) contained within a light chain variable region (LCVR) comprising SEQ ID NO:
- 10;
- or
- (ii) three heavy chain CDRs (CDR-H1, CDR-H2, and CDR-H3) contained within an HCVR comprising SEQ ID NO:
- 22;
- and three light chain CDRs (CDR-L1, CDR-L2, and CDR-L3) contained within an LCVR comprising SEQ ID NO:
- 30;
- or
- (iii) three heavy chain CDRs (CDR-H1, CDR-H2, and CDR-H3) contained within an HCVR comprising SEQ ID NO:
- 42;
- and three light chain CDRs (CDR-L1, CDR-L2, and CDR-L3) contained within an LCVR comprising SEQ ID NO:
