Abstract
Provided herein are humanized anti-factor Bb antibodies, methods of producing the antibodies and methods of using the antibodies.
Claims17
A nucleic acid or nucleic acid set encoding a humanized antibody that binds specifically to human complement factor Bb protein, wherein the humanized antibody comprises:
- a heavy chain variable region (VH) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 19 and a light chain variable region (VL) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 27.
A composition comprising:
- a nucleic acid or nucleic acid set encoding a humanized antibody that binds specifically to human complement factor Bb protein, wherein the humanized antibody comprises:
- a heavy chain variable region (VH) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 19 and a light chain variable region (VL) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 27, and a buffer.
