System and method for satellite-based masking and amplification

A non-transistory machine-readable medium, comprising executable instructions that, when executed by a processing system including a processor, facilitate performance of operations, the operations comprising:

• receiving a request for an observation of an overhead viewing area from an observer location;
• discovering an interference of a satellite with the observation of the overhead viewing area;
• determining a solution to the interference;
• receiving the observation from one or more satellites responding to the solution selected;
• and
• providing the observation as a response to the request.

A method, comprising:

• receiving, by a processing system including a processor, a request for an observation of a deck viewing area from an observer location;
• discovering, by the processing system, an interference of a satellite with the observation of the deck viewing area;
• determining, by the processing system, a solution to the interference;
• receiving the observation from one or more satellites responding to the solution selected;
• and
• providing, by the processing system, the observation in response to the request.
