Systems and methods of connected driving based on dynamic contextual factors

A method comprising:

• collecting sensor information originating from one or more sensors associated with a vehicle;
• collecting mobile information originating from a mobile device associated with an occupant in the vehicle;
• generating a recommendation corresponding to one or more dynamic risk values, the one or more dynamic risk values are based on the sensor information and the mobile information, and the recommendation includes a risk map;
• causing the recommendation including the risk map to be displayed at an interface of the mobile device;
• and
• causing the mobile device to generate an update for the risk map responsive to the sensor information, the update is based on odometer data indicating a distance traveled by the vehicle.

A computer-readable storage device storing instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, performs steps including:

• receive sensor information associated with operation of a vehicle;
• receive, from a mobile device, mobile information associated with operation of the vehicle;
• generate a recommendation corresponding to one or more dynamic risk values associated with the operation of the vehicle based on the sensor information and the mobile information, the recommendation including a presentation of a safe route;
• transmit, using a wireless communication interface, the recommendation to the mobile device;
• cause the recommendation including the presentation of the safe route to be presented at a user interface of the mobile device;
• and
• cause a floor of the vehicle or a seat of the vehicle to vibrate to indicate the recommendation.
