A composition comprising an isomerizable polymer containing a structural unit containing an isomerizable structure and an isomerizable low molecular weight compound, the composition being fluidized by light irradiation from a solid state and being reversibly non-fluidized,
- wherein the isomerizable polymer is a polymer containing a structural unit derived from an azomethine derivative, and the isomerizable low molecular weight compound is an azomethine compound.
