A transmission control method, comprising:

• sending configuration information a terminal, the configuration information comprising an association relationship between a reference signal resource set index and a sounding reference signal resource set, wherein the sounding reference signal resource set has an association relationship with a channel;
• and
• transmitting the channel associated with the sounding reference signal resource set according to the reference signal resource set index;
• wherein a channel associated with the reference signal resource set index satisfies:
• channels associated with different reference signal resource set indexes are capable of being sent simultaneously.

A terminal, comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a program which, when read and executed by the processor, implements a transmission control method, and the transmission control method comprises receiving configuration information sent from a network side, the configuration information comprising an association relationship between a reference signal resource set index and a sounding reference signal resource set, wherein the a sounding reference signal resource set has an association relationship with a channel;

• and
• transmitting the channel associated with the sounding reference signal resource set according to the reference signal resource set index;
• wherein a channel associated with the reference signal resource set index satisfies:
• channels associated with different reference signal resource set indexes are capable of being sent simultaneously.
