Abstract
The present invention provides a high voltage battery rack, including: a plurality of battery modules electrically connected with each other; and a rack controller configured to control the plurality of battery modules, wherein each of the plurality of battery modules comprises: external terminals; and an MSD module configured to determine whether a voltage is applied to the external terminals during operation.
Claims12
A battery module, comprising:
- a plurality of battery cells stacked on each other;
- a cell connection unit electrically connecting the plurality of battery cells with each other;
- a rear cover member covering at least a portion of the cell connection unit;
- and
- a fusing bus bar cover,
- wherein the cell connection unit includes a fusing bus bar, the fusing bus bar having a rupture part,
- wherein the fusing bus bar cover is disposed between the fusing bus bar and the rear cover member,
- wherein the rear cover member includes an opening part facing the rupture part,
- wherein the fusing bus bar cover includes a protrusion facing the rupture part, the protrusion being inserted into the opening part, and
- wherein the protrusion is transparent.
