Abstract
A display device includes: a display area; a non-display area around the display area; a substrate; and a first terminal in the non-display area on the substrate, the first terminal including: a plurality of first conductive patterns spaced apart from each other, an insulating layer covering each of the plurality of first conductive patterns, and a second conductive pattern on the insulating layer, covering the plurality of first conductive patterns, and including concave and convex portions on a surface thereof.
Claims12
A display device comprising:
- a display area;
- a non-display area around the display area;
- a substrate;
- and
- a first pad in the non-display area on the substrate,
- wherein the first pad comprises:
- a plurality of first conductive patterns spaced apart from each other and arranged along a first direction,
- a second conductive pattern on the plurality of first conductive patterns, covering the plurality of first conductive patterns, the second conductive pattern comprising a plurality of concave portions and a plurality of convex portions on a surface thereof,
- an insulating layer disposed between the plurality of first conductive patterns and the second conductive pattern, and
- each of the plurality of concave portions of the surface of the second conductive pattern overlaps an area where each of the first conductive patterns is not disposed.

- wherein the first pad comprises:
- a plurality of first conductive patterns,

- wherein a portion of the insulating layer is between adjacent ones of the plurality of first conductive patterns,
- wherein the second conductive pattern comprises a plurality of concave portions and a plurality of convex portions on a surface thereof,
- wherein the second conductive pattern covers an entire area of the plurality of first conductive patterns, and
- wherein at least one of the plurality of first conductive patterns electrically contacts with the second conductive pattern.
