The mounting bracket includes a body that has a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and a first mounting hole that passes through the body and is located between the first end and the second end. A first resilient wing is located at the first end of the body. A second resilient wing is located at the second end of the body. A tab protrudes from a first edge of the body. The tab is located between the first end of the body and the second end of the body. A second mounting hole passes through the tab.
