Abstract
The present invention relates to a drug that is for treating or preventing cancer, that is effective in the treatment of cancer, and that comprises a combination of an ALK inhibitor and a VEGF inhibitor. The present invention also relates to a method for treating or preventing cancer and a method for inhibiting tumor growth.
Claims20
A method of treating a cancer comprising:
- administering, in combination, an effective amount of ALK inhibitor and an effective amount of VEGF inhibitor to a subject in need thereof, wherein the ALK inhibitor is alectinib or a salt thereof and the VEGF inhibitor is bevacizumab.
A method of suppressing growth of a tumor comprising:
- administering, in combination, an effective amount of ALK inhibitor and an effective amount of VEGF inhibitor to a subject in need thereof, wherein the ALK inhibitor is alectinib or a salt thereof and the VEGF inhibitor is bevacizumab.
