Dental implant abumtment system and method of use

A dental anchoring system, comprising:

• an angled abutment, having:
• a main body extending from a top to a channel body, the channel body extending away from the main body at a predetermined angle less than 180 degrees;
• a lip extending around the top;
• and
• an opening extending from the top and through the channel body, the opening configured to receive an attachment device;
• an insert body, having:
• a top surface, a bottom surface, and a side surface;
• a protrusion extending from the bottom surface, the protrusion is configured to fit within and cover the opening, and
• a metal cap configured to engage with the insert body, the metal cap is configured to cover the top surface and the bottom surface of the insert body, the metal cap having an outer surface with a plurality of grooves that extend partially inwardly from the outer surface;
• wherein the angled abutment is configured to provide an angled attachment for a dental prosthesis.
