Abstract
Images of an individual can be obtained and analyzed to determine an amount of facial paralysis of the individual. The images can also be analyzed to determine an amount of gaze deviation of the individual. The amount of facial paralysis of the individual and/or the amount of gaze deviation of the individual can be used to determine a probability that the individual experienced a biological condition.

A method comprising:
- generating, by one or more computing devices that include one or more processing devices and one or more memory devices, imaging data corresponding to an image of one or more portions of a face of an individual;
- determining, by the one or more computing devices, a binary mask that indicates first portions of the imaging data that correspond to a foreground and second portions of the imaging data that correspond to a background;
- generating, by the one or more computing devices, a mesh of polygons that correspond to a surface of the one or more portions of the face of the individual;
- rendering, by the one or more computing devices, the mesh of polygons to generate the image of the one or more portions of the face of the individual;
- determining, by the one or more computing devices and based on the image of the one or more portions of the face of the individual, a gaze deviation metric for the individual, the gaze deviation metric indicating an offset of a location of at least one iris of the individual with respect to an expected iris location;
- determining, by the one or more computing devices and based on the image of the one or more portions of the face of the individual, a facial paralysis metric of the individual, the facial paralysis metric indicating a measure of facial paralysis of the individual;
- analyzing, by the one or more computing devices, at least one of the gaze deviation metric or the facial paralysis metric to determine an assessment metric indicating a probability of a presence of a neurological condition with respect to the individual;
- and
- generating, by the one or more computing devices, user interface data corresponding to one or more user interfaces that include a user interface element indicating the probability of the presence of the neurological condition with respect to the individual.

A method comprising:
- obtaining, by one or more computing devices including one or more processing devices and one or more memory devices, a reference image of an individual, wherein the reference image is captured prior to a suspected incidence of a neurological condition occurring with respect to the individual;
- generating, by the one or more computing devices, imaging data corresponding to an image of one or more portions of a face of an individual;
- determining, by the one or more computing devices, an expected iris location based on a first location of a first iris of the individual in the reference image and a second location of a second iris of the individual in the reference image;
- determining, by the one or more computing devices, an expected appearance of one or more target regions of the face of the individual based on an appearance of the one or more target regions in the reference image;
- determining, by the one or more computing devices, an actual location of at least one of the first iris or the second iris in the image of the one or more portions of the face of the individual;
- determining, by the one or more computing devices and based on differences between the expected iris location and the actual location of at least one of the first iris or the second iris, a gaze deviation metric for the individual, the gaze deviation metric indicating an offset of a location of at least one iris of the individual with respect to the expected iris location;
