Abstract
A light-emitting device includes: a plurality of light sources configured to be disposed on a substrate; a light diffusion member configured to commonly cover the plurality of light sources; and a plurality of wavelength conversion members configured to be disposed between the light sources and the light diffusion member in a thickness direction and disposed in regions corresponding to the plurality of light sources in a plane, respectively, and configured to convert light with a first wavelength from the light sources into light with a second wavelength.

A light-emitting device comprising:
- a plurality of light sources disposed on a reflection substrate;
- a light reflection member configured to cover each of the plurality of light sources;
- a plurality of wavelength conversion members configured to be disposed between the light sources and the light reflection member in a thickness direction and disposed in regions corresponding to the plurality of light sources in a plane, respectively;
- first connection members between at least two of the plurality of wavelength conversion members in a first direction which is perpendicular to the thickness direction;
- and
- wall portions between adjacent light sources of the plurality of light sources,
- wherein one wall portion of the wall portions surrounds one light source of the light sources and is covered by an individual wavelength conversion member of the wavelength conversion members, the individual wavelength conversion member includes a quantum dot material that converts blue light to red light or green light and another wall portion of the wall portions surrounds another light source of the light sources and is covered by another individual wavelength conversion member, the another individual wavelength conversion member includes another quantum dot material that converts blue light to red light or green light.
A display device comprising:
- a liquid crystal panel;
- and
- a light-emitting device configured to provide light to a rear surface side of the liquid crystal panel,
- wherein the light-emitting device comprising:
- a plurality of light sources disposed on a reflection substrate;
- a light reflection member configured to cover each of the plurality of light sources;
- a plurality of wavelength conversion members configured to be disposed between the light sources and the light reflection member in a thickness direction and disposed in regions corresponding to the plurality of light sources in a plane, respectively;
- first connection members between at least two of the plurality of wavelength conversion members in a first direction which is perpendicular to the thickness direction;
- and
- wall portions between adjacent light sources of the plurality of light sources,
- wherein one wall portion of the wall portions surrounds one light source of the light sources and is covered by an individual wavelength conversion member of the wavelength conversion members, the individual wavelength conversion member includes a quantum dot material that converts blue light to red light or green light and another wall portion of the wall portions surrounds another light source of the light sources and is covered by another individual wavelength conversion member, the another individual wavelength conversion member includes another quantum dot material that converts blue light to red light or green light.
