HARQ feedback

A wireless device comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to:
• receive configuration parameters of a cell comprising:
• a first bandwidth part;
• and
• a second bandwidth part;
• receive a downlink control information indicating:
• a priority of a transport block;
• and
• a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback timing of a HARQ feedback of the transport block;
• switch, after receiving the downlink control information (DCI) and before the HARQ feedback timing, from the first bandwidth part to the second bandwidth part as an active bandwidth part;
• and
• determine, based on switching from the first bandwidth part to the second bandwidth part and before the HARQ feedback timing, whether to transmit or drop the HARQ feedback in response to the priority of the transport block being respectively associated with a first service type or a second service type.

A system comprising:

• a base station comprising:
• one or more first processors;
• and
• first memory storing first instructions that, when executed by the one or more first processors, cause the base station to:
• transmit configuration parameters of a cell comprising:
• a first bandwidth part;
• and
• a second bandwidth part;
• and
• transmit a downlink control information indicating:
• a priority of a transport block;
• and
• a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback timing of a HARQ feedback of the transport block;
• and
• a wireless device comprising:
• one or more second processors;
• and
• second memory storing second instructions that, when executed by the one or more second processors, cause the wireless device to:
• receive the configuration parameters;
• receive the downlink control information;
• switch, after receiving the downlink control information (DCI) and before the HARQ feedback timing, from the first bandwidth part to the second bandwidth part as an active bandwidth part;
• and
• determine, based on switching from the first bandwidth part to the second bandwidth part and before the HARQ feedback timing, whether to transmit or drop the HARQ feedback in response to the priority of the transport block being respectively associated with a first service type or a second service type.
