Organic light emitting display having touch sensor and method of fabricating the same

A display apparatus comprising:

• light emitting elements arranged on an active area of a substrate;
• touch pads arranged on a pad area of the substrate;
• at least one dam surrounding the active area and arranged between the active area and the pad area;
• an encapsulation unit arranged on the light emitting elements, the encapsulation unit including a first inorganic encapsulation layer, an organic encapsulation layer on the first inorganic encapsulation layer, and a second inorganic encapsulation layer on the organic encapsulation layer and the at least one dam;
• touch sensors arranged on the encapsulation unit;
• routing lines provided to conductively connect the touch sensors to the touch pads, the routing lines disposed on the second inorganic encapsulation layer and the at least one dam such that the routing lines overlap the second inorganic encapsulation layer and the at least one dam;
• a compensation film arranged between the second inorganic encapsulation layer of the encapsulation unit and the routing lines, the compensation film overlapping the at least one dam,
• wherein a first region of the compensation film that overlaps the at least one dam has a first thicknesses and a second region of the compensation film that is non-overlapping with the at least one dam and disposed between the light emitting elements and the at least one dam has a second thickness that is different from the first thickness.
