Camera device enabled identification and disambiguation system and method

A camera device comprising:

• a processor;
• a camera coupled to the processor;
• and
• a computer readable medium coupled to the processor, the computer readable medium comprising code executable by the processor to perform operations including:
• connecting to one or more communication devices including a communication device of a user interacting with an access device at a resource provider in an interaction;
• determining a plurality of different sample biometric templates of the user that is proximate to a plurality of candidate users, and image-based biometric templates of the candidate users, the plurality of different sample biometric templates comprising an image-based biometric template and a sample voice print biometric template;
• initiating generating a plurality of match indicators, the plurality of match indicators generated by comparing the plurality of different sample biometric templates of the user with a plurality of different enrolled biometric templates;
• sending the plurality of match indicators and interaction data associated with the interaction to a server computer, wherein the server computer also receives a message comprising the interaction data from the access device;
• and
• if the plurality of match indicators are positive match indicators, the server computer initiates a process on behalf of the user.
