Abstract
The present invention is directed to a personal care composition comprising a) azoxystrobin; b) a 2-pyridinol-N-oxide material wherein the ratio of a:b is from about 4:1 to about 1:50; wherein there is a synergistic anti-inflammatory/cellular stress activity.

A personal care composition comprising:
- a) azoxystrobin;
- b) a 2-pyridinol-N-oxide material
- wherein the ratio of a:b is from about 4:1 to about 1:50;
- wherein there is a synergistic anti-inflammatory/cellular stress activity.

A method of using a composition comprising
- a) azoxystrobin;
- b) a 2-pyridinol-N-oxide material;
- wherein the ratio of a:b is from about 1:1 to about 1:10 to provide a synergistic anti-inflammatory/cellular stress activity.
A method of using a composition comprising:
- a) azoxystrobin;
- b) a 2-pyridinol-N-oxide material;
- wherein the ratio of a:b is from about 1:1 to about 1:10 to provide a synergistic anti-inflammatory/cellular stress activity wherein there is greater than a 20% reduction in PGE2 release compared to a baseline.
