Abstract
The present disclosure provides a heat dissipation film, a display device, and a manufacturing method of the display device. The heat dissipation film includes a heat conducting layer and a light shielding layer; an orthographic projection of the light shielding layer in a thickness direction covers an orthographic projection of the heat conducting layer in the thickness direction, and an area of the orthographic projection of the light shielding layer in the thickness direction is larger than an area of the orthographic projection of the heat conducting layer in the thickness direction.
Claims13
A heat dissipation film for a display device, comprising:
- a heat conducting layer and a light shielding layer;
- wherein, an orthographic projection of the light shielding layer in a thickness direction covers an orthographic projection of the heat conducting layer in the thickness direction, and an area of the orthographic projection of the light shielding layer in the thickness direction is larger than an area of the orthographic projection of the heat conducting layer in the thickness direction,
- wherein the heat conducting layer comprises a metal layer and a first heat conducting layer, the metal layer being disposed on a surface of the first heat conducting layer away from the light shielding layer,
- wherein the heat dissipation film further comprises a release layer disposed on at least a portion of an exposed surface of the heat dissipation film, and
- wherein the release layer comprises:
- a first release layer disposed on a surface of the light shielding layer away from the first heat conducting layer, and a second release layer disposed on a surface of the light shielding layer adjacent to but not covered by the first heat conducting layer.
