Abstract
A user equipment, an apparatus for controlling user equipment, and a method receive measurement configuration information from a first cell, the measurement configuration information indicating a subcarrier spacing applied to a second cell, and perform measurement on the second cell based on the measurement configuration information.
Claims6
A user equipment comprising:
- a receiver configured to receive measurement configuration information broadcasted from a first cell, the measurement configuration information indicating a plurality of subcarrier spacings each applied to a second cell of a plurality of second cells, the plurality of subcarrier spacings includes at least a first subcarrier spacing higher than 15 kHz, the first subcarrier spacing applied to downlink transmission of the second cell;
- and
- a controller configured to perform measurement on each of the second cells based on the measurement configuration information.
An apparatus for controlling a user equipment, the apparatus comprising:
- a processor and a memory, the processor configured to
- receive measurement configuration information broadcasted from a first cell, the measurement configuration information indicating a plurality of subcarrier spacings each applied to a second cell of a plurality of second cells, the plurality of subcarrier spacings includes at least a first subcarrier spacing higher than 15 kHz, the first subcarrier spacing applied to downlink transmission of the second cell;
- and
- perform measurement on each of the second cells based on the measurement configuration information.

A method used in a user equipment, the method comprising:
- receiving measurement configuration information broadcasted from a first cell, the measurement configuration information indicating a plurality of subcarrier spacings each applied to a second cell of a plurality of second cells, the plurality of subcarrier spacings includes at least a first subcarrier spacing higher than 15 kHz, the first subcarrier spacing applied to downlink transmission of the second cell;
- and
- performing measurement on each of the second cells based on the measurement configuration information.
