A method for producing nickel oxide nanoparticles and nickel oxide nanoparticles produced by using the same.
Claims7
A method for producing nickel oxide nanoparticles, the method comprising:
- preparing a Ni(OH)2 powder and a KOH powder;
- forming a mixed powder by mixing the Ni(OH)2 powder with the KOH powder;
- and
- heat-treating the mixed powder at a temperature of 90° C. to 200° C.
