Systems and methods for treating aneurysms

A treatment system comprising:

• an occlusive implant configured to be positioned within an aneurysm sac;
• a distal conduit coupled to the occlusive implant and having a first lumen extending therethrough;
• a proximal conduit having a second lumen extending therethrough, the proximal conduit being in fluid communication with the first lumen such that an embolic element can be delivered to the aneurysm sac through the proximal conduit and the distal conduit;
• and
• an elastic coupler extending between and releasably coupling the distal conduit and the proximal conduit, the coupler configured to at least partially rupture, thereby decoupling the proximal conduit and the distal conduit from one another.
