Abstract
The invention relates to liquid compositions for use with hair removal devices comprising a metathesized unsaturated polyol ester for improved lubrication.
Claims18
A composition-dispensing hair removal device, the device comprising a composition comprising from 0.1% to 60% by weight of a metathesized unsaturated polyol ester, the metathesized unsaturated polyol ester having a free hydrocarbon content, based on total weight of the metathesized unsaturated polyol ester, of from 0.1% to 5%, and having at least one of:
- (i) a weight average molecular weight of from 5,000 Daltons to 50,000 Daltons;
- (ii) an iodine value of from 30 to 200;
- or
- (iii) an oligomer index from greater than 0 to 1.
