A pharmaceutical composition for oral administration comprising Compound IB;
- one or more fillers;
- one or more disintegrants;
- one or more glidants;
- and one or more lubricants, wherein the pharmaceutical composition is a tablet or capsule pharmaceutical composition, and wherein the pharmaceutical composition is essentially free of process byproducts or contaminants.
