A resin composition comprising a vinyl polymer and a smectite with partially immobilized lithium is present in an amount of 3% to 45% by mass based on total nonvolatile content of the resin composition.
A resin composition comprising a vinyl polymer and a smectite with partially immobilized lithium;
- wherein the vinyl polymer includes at least one selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group and a carboxyl group.
