- each R1 is respectively selected from halogen and C1-6alkyl;

- Ra, Rb, R2 are each independently hydrogen;
- Cy2 is C5-C10 aryl with one substituent, wherein the substituent is selected from halogen, cyano, C1-6alkyl, and C1-6alkoxy;
