- and
- a hook entirely devoid of any covering extending from the body that is configured to support the hanger on a structure and comprising a neck, delimited between a first end and a second end, extending at the first end thereof from the body and a curved portion, delimited between a first end and a second end, extending at the first end thereof from the second end of the neck,
- wherein the first upper portion has a single depression that is delimited between a first edge that extends, at a first location, between a front surface and a rear surface of the first upper portion where the first edge connects with the upper surface of the first upper portion and a second edge that extends, at a second location, that is spaced from the first location, between the front surface and the rear surface of the first upper portion where the second edge connects with the upper surface of the first upper portion and that extends convexly from a top surface of the first upper portion toward a bottom surface of the first upper portion and the base with the first edge and the second edge spaced away from a lowest point of the depression, the lowest point being a point about a curvature of the depression that is furthest from the top surface, the second upper portion has a single depression that is delimited between a first edge that extends, at a first location, between a front surface and a rear surface of the second upper portion where the first edge connects with the upper surface of the second upper portion and a second edge that extends, at a second location, that is spaced from the first location, between the front surface and the rear surface of the second upper portion where the second edge connects with the upper surface of the second upper portion that extends from a first surface thereof toward a bottom surface of the second upper portion and the base and the third upper portion is entirely devoid of an opening therein exclusive of a receptacle for the hook, the receptacle having a protrusion extending at an apex of a top surface of the third upper portion toward the hook, and
- wherein the body is completely clear and has a thickness that is between 0.19 and 0.40 inches.
