A method of enhancing antibody dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP) activity of a polypeptide, comprising:
- conjugating a FcγRII binding fibronectin type III (FN3) domain comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, or 22 to the polypeptide to thereby enhance the ADCP activity of the polypeptide.
