A compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or stereoisomer thereof, of Formula I:
- wherein R is —(CH2)a—Ar, wherein a is 1 to 6 and Ar is an aryl, substituted aryl, heteroaryl or substituted heteroaryl;
- R1 is hydrogen, alkoxy, or substituted alkoxy;
- R2 is alkyl or substituted alkyl;
- and
- R3 is hydrogen, alkyl, or substituted alkyl.
