Abstract
A staple-refill 11 is provided with: a casing 12 in which a plurality of sheet-type connected staples 10 are stacked; a staple inserting port 14; a staple discharge port 16; a cover member 15 which covers the sheet-type connected staples 10 in the casing 12 from a side of the staple inserting port 14; and a notch portion 18 formed in the casing 12 and extending from an edge of the staple inserting port 14 in an insertion direction.
Claims10
A staple-refill comprising:
- a casing including a front wall, a rear wall, side walls and a bottom wall that define a space in which a plurality of sheet-type connected staples are stacked and accommodated;
- a staple discharge portion which is formed in the front wall and from which the sheet-type connected staples in the casing are discharged;
- a cover member which covers the sheet-type connected staples in the casing;
- a guide boss formed in the cover member;
- a guide portion which is formed in the side walls and extending in a stacking direction in which the sheet-type connected staples are stacked in the casing, the guide boss being engaged with the guide portion to guide the cover member in the stacking direction;
- and
- a notch portion provided in the front wall, the notch portion having an edge extending from an upper edge of the front wall in the stacking direction,
- wherein the cover member is disposed in the casing such that the notch portion does not, overlap with the cover member as seen in the stacking direction,
- wherein the notch portion is provided at an upper side of the staple discharge portion in the stacking direction and includes a bottom end which is an end of the notch portion at a side of the staple discharge portion in the stacking direction, and
- wherein a dimension of the cover member in the stacking direction is larger than a length between a surface of the bottom wall at a side of the cover member and a bottom end of the notch portion in the stacking direction.

A staple-refill comprising:
- a casing including a front wall, a rear wall, side walls and a bottom wall that define a space in which a plurality of sheet-type connected staples are stacked and accommodated;
- a staple discharge portion which is provided in the front wall and from which the sheet-type connected staples in the casing are discharged in a discharge direction;
- a cover member which covers the sheet-type connected staples in the casing;
- a guide boss formed in the cover member;
- a guide portion which is provided its the side walls and extending in a stacking direction in which the sheet-type connected staples are stacked in the casing, the guide boss being engaged with the guide portion to guide the cover member in the stacking direction;
- and
- a notch portion provided in the front wall, the notch portion having an edge extending from an upper edge of the front wall in the stacking direction,
- wherein the notch portion is provided between the staple discharge portion and the upper edge of the front wall in the stacking direction,
- wherein the cover member is disposed in the casing such that the notch portion does not overlap with the cover member as seen in the stacking direction.
