Abstract
A dispersion containing a dispersed phase comprising drops and a continuous aqueous phase, preferably in the form of a gel, in which the drops comprise a fatty phase containing at least one gelling agent and a shell, wherein the shell comprises at least one anionic polymer and at least one cationic polymer.

A dispersion containing a dispersed fatty phase comprising drops and a continuous aqueous phase in which the drops comprise a fatty phase containing at least one gelling agent and a shell, wherein the shell comprises at least one anionic polymer and at least one cationic polymer, and wherein said gelling agent is a heat-sensitive gelling agent.
