Abstract
A DNA polymerase composition for amplifying nucleic acids can be tolerant of extreme conditions.
Claims6
A composition for amplifying nucleic acids comprising:
- an isolated DNA polymerase comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:3 and an amount of Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), Tris-HCl and/or dithiothreitol (DTT).
A composition for amplifying nucleic acids comprising:
- an isolated DNA polymerase comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:3 and 50% glycerol.
