A method of treating nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and disease conditions associated thereto in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of an antagonist antibody specifically recognizing human tumor necrosis factor receptor 1 (huTNFR1).
