Abstract
Disclosed herein are methods of preventing and/or treating lung injury and/or lung inflammation in a subject comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective dose of a PERK pathway inhibitor. Pharmaceutical compositions for the prevention and/or treatment of lung injury and/or lung inflammation comprising PERK pathway inhibitors are also provided. Also disclosed are uses of a PERK inhibitor in the manufacture of a medicament for the prevention and/or treatment of a lung injury and/or inflammation.
Claims6
A method of treating lung injury and/or lung inflammation in a subject comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective dose of a PERK inhibitor to treat the lung injury and/or inflammation, wherein the PERK inhibitor is 1-[5-(4-Amino-7-methyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-5-yl)indolin-1-yl]-2-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)ethanone.
A method of preventing lung injury and/or lung inflammation in a subject comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective dose of a PERK inhibitor to prevent the lung injury and/or inflammation, wherein the PERK inhibitor is 1-[5-(4-Amino-7-methyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-5-yl)indolin-1-yl]-2-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)ethanone.
