The present invention provides compositions and methods for treating cancer.

A method of treating a tumor in a patient comprising administering to said patient a composition comprising a population of autologous dendritic cell/tumor cell fusions (DC/tumor fusions) and an immunomodulatory agent, wherein the immunomodulatory agent is pomalidomide and/or apremilast.
