A method of treating waist pain comprising applying to a patient in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a medicated plaster comprising, by weight parts, the following raw materials:
- Abalone shell 10-20;
- Fructus Xanthii 10-20;
- Herba Lysimachiae 15-20;
- Lonicera japonica 10-15;
- and mint oil 2-4.
