Long tubular pipe comprising a separating member and methods for mounting and bending such a pipe

A longitudinal tubular pipe comprising:

• a combination comprising a separating member surrounding an exterior of an inner tube having a bore and wherein the combination is located inside an outer tube;
• the outer tube having a bent portion;
• the inner tube having bent portion substantially coaxial to the bent portion of the outer tube;
• the separating member being a strip having a longitudinal body flexibly conforming around the exterior of the inner tube, the longitudinal body comprising a first edge, a second edge, an upper face, a lower face, and a thickness defined between the upper face and the lower face, and wherein the lower face is in contact with an exterior of the inner tube and the upper face is in contact with an interior of the outer tube;
• a plurality parallel and spaced apart fluid passages formed between the upper face and the lower face of the of the longitudinal body of the separating member;
• and
• wherein the first edge overlaps with the second edge to define an overlapped section substantially along a length between a first end and a second of the flexible longitudinal body of the separating member.
