Integrated conveyor motor

A conveyor system including a conveyor assembly, said conveyor assembly comprising:

• a conveyor module;
• a power module;
• and
• a chassis supporting the conveyor module and the power module,
• said conveyor module including a roller rotatable about an axis and a conveyor belt shiftable in response to rotation of the roller,
• said power module providing rotational power to the roller,
• said power module including a power assembly and a drive configured to transmit rotational power to the roller from the power assembly,
• said power assembly including a power source and a housing at least substantially surrounding the power source,
• said chassis integrally forming a portion of the housing,
• said housing including a shell at least substantially circumscribing the power source,
• said shell being directly mounted to the chassis,
• said chassis defining a circumferential mounting lip,
• said lip being received within and abutting said shell.
